Philippians

  1. 4:8  Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
  2. II Peter

  3. 2:9  The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:
  4. 1:3  According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:
  5. 5  And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;
  6. 6  And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness;
  7. 7  And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.
  8. 8  For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
  9. 9  But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.
  10. 10  Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:
  11. 11  For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
  12. Ruth

  13. 3:11  And now, my daughter, fear not; I will do to thee all that thou requirest: for all the city of my people doth know that thou art a virtuous woman.
  14. Proverbs

  15. 12:4  A virtuous woman is a crown to her husband: but she that maketh ashamed is as rottenness in his bones.
  16. 31:10  Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.
  17. 29  Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all.
  18. Luke

  19. 8:46  And Jesus said, Somebody hath touched me: for I perceive that virtue is gone out of me.
  20. Mark

  21. 5:30  And Jesus, immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him, turned him about in the press, and said, Who touched my clothes?
